Clean room, accommodating and responsive staff.
Even though the hotel claims the room was for 3 adults it was not as sofa-bed bed was very uncomfortable - very old.
They were very helpful and even stored a few items we had purchased while we took a tour to Morocco. The room has a nice kitchenette and there is plenty of hot water. The room is spacious with room for a desk and a couch and tv. The room we had opened onto the pool area and it was nice to be able to pass in and out.
Excellent position and generous enough room&terrace. If you choose to get beach and peaceful time - this is the place. If you intend to visit the nearby places like Malaga, Fuengirola, Ronda, etc. you better get a car.
The fact that it was very handy for travelling from one area to another as the train station was right outside. The rooms were quite spacious, very clean and with excellent views.
Exceptional location next to excellent rail system giving easy acces to airport and resorts. The rooms were clean,well-equipped with all modern appliances. The staff were extremely helpful and as we arrived late on a Sunday night the 24 hour/7 day reception was a great bonus. There is really nothing to complain about other than the shower is over the bath and the screen is siliconed permanently to the edge of the bath. This made stepping in and out a little precarious
The shower access
We were travelling with our 2-years old daughter and had a small studio with kitchen and a big sunny balcony. The hotel is nice and directly sitatued at a train station (noisy for sensitive ears). There is an english college nearby (with a playground for kids) and an english supermarket (quite expensive food but he has delicious fresh breads). Very friendly service at the reception desk (e.g. they uncomplicatly changed our towels after a day at the beach).
Cleaning the room was said to be "every 3 days". Actually they did it every 5 days. The kitchen equipment is quite poor: We had exactly 4 plates, 3 cups and 3 spoons and no wiping cloth in the kitchen, with is definitely insufficient for a family with a small child. BUT: When we asked for wine glasses and dishtowels at the reception desk, they simply gave us some. The so called "studio" is just a room with a kitchen. For our babydaughter it was enough space, but not for bigger children. We had hired a car. Without car, you should not go there, because the beach nearby the hotel (walking distance 15 minutes) is just a rocky cliff. But after a 5-minutes drive you reach a beautiful familyfriendly sand beach. Breakfast is optional (5€ each person per day) and awful - you should actually avoid it.
That is what very close to the train station, metres away, excellent for connecting to the airport early in the morning.
There is really nothing to see at Torremuelle.
Good sized studio,well equipped.
I seemed to have a lot of trouble with getting a receipt in my companys name.TV seemed to be a problem as you had to ask for a remote...
Next to the railway, which was ideal for travelling to other towns.
It looked very new and clean and in a very quiet location
It advertised a paying carpark but we were told on arrival that it was not yet available and the only place to park was the train staion carpark opposite the hotel.
Great Location at a very good price. Quiet in the room. No noise disturbance. Room size was sufficient enough, with kitchen and a balcony. Beach view from Balcomy was excellent. There is a train station right in front of the hotel though we never used it.
Utensils in Kitchen were way too less,,,just bare minimum. Reaching the hotel is a bit difficult the first time, even with the gps (may be I have old maps). Its uphill,,a bit diffcult and tiring if without car.
Price Staff Free Internet although a bit slow Well equipped kitchenette Free parking
Single bed ( hotel is more of a family one) so double bed rooms should be more
Good Size Room, Staff were good for local information, very close to the Railway Station (local line), The price is very reasonable
Room was not very clean, the crockery provided for the kitchen, all needed washing up first before it could be used. Staff were very slow to sort problems, and needed chasing. I had to wait two days for the remote to the heating, and the solution to a leak in the roof (from Rain) was to put towels on the floor. The actual hotel is not near to much, you do need to travel to do anything, I would not recommend this for a family with out a car. The local beach is not very good, you need to go along the coast for a proper sandy beach
I liked the warm and friendly feeling although the hotel was full. I enjoyed the view from the studio and the spaciousness.
Not easy to walk around but at lest there is a train.....
great staff, in credible qapartments, nice area and great atmosphere. Better imposible
